“Firstly there was no option to book a engineer when placing the order, secondly when the parts arrived all the screws for the posts and slats were missing, thirdly 2 of the slats did not fit and we had to cut these down. As we are awaiting our mattress we are yet to complete the ottoman assembly, so hopefully there are no further issues. Also it should also be noted that the bed is not completely black as shown in the website pictures, so overall not highly impressed and would not recommend to others.”

“We are really pleased with our new four poster bed and it was made and delivered really quickly. The assembly did take us the majority of a day but it was straightforward enough once we understood the instructions. One thing I would say is the posters do feel quite rough and we will need to sand them slightly to prevent splinters/cuts etc.”

“Beautiful bed! We are really happy with our bed, it looks beautiful and the ottoman works well. There were a couple of sticky points for us hence the 4 stars. Only standard courier delivery was avail be for us meaning we had to construct the bed from scratch ourselves. We didn't mind this, and instructions were simple enough to follow, but the pieces weren't labelled particularly clearly. The ottoman motion when the bed was built had the base rubbing on the posts which would have lead to it marking or damaging the finish over time, however my partner moved the hinges back slightly to stop this happening and now it opens and closes perfectly. Putting the bed together took some time but it is solid and feels like it should last us a long time. I would recommend but only if you don't mind a flat pack construction challenge.”

“The bed is really beautiful, only two negative things: we found instructions very very difficult to understand and there were some screws missings (60mm screws were less then should be). However, we were in a rush and bought extra screws without contacting the company which could have done something about this so, can’t comment much on this second point cause with a bit more time on our hands could have been easily solved.”
