“Not slept on mattress yet but ... it did not arrive as programmed. I was told it had been sent to the wrong courier depot. Fankly, communication about delivery of this item was chaotic. Not sure how much of this was Getlaidbeds and how much courier. It did arrive on flood day ... much later than programmed but that was understandable”
