“This was our second order from Get Laid within a month after buying a bed from them. Sadly second time unlucky as the mattress and bedding ordered never arrived due to the shockingly bad service from the delivery company. I wasted the whole of Saturday waiting only to be delivered someone else's bed. Tried to sort out the issues but wasn't getting anywhere so requested a refund and purchased a mattress elsewhere. It's a shame as we had planned to buy more beds from Get Laid but this bad experience has stopped those plans.”

“WE are two fit adults of light build in our sixties. WE ordered this matress for a guest bed. the last three nights we have used it ourselves and find it soft and unsupportive. Sadly we can not exchange it for an upgrade. I spoke with the sales person who said the matress was medium firm. We disagree, it is soft/medium. We really dont like it but the guest for whom we bought it did. Definitely not for use as permanent older person's matress in our opinion.”
