“I was desperate for Snow Crab Leg Meat (living inland now, 6 hrs from any beach) and came across the PrimeFish FB ad. I took a chance and ordered from them, and I will continue to do so as long as the quality and flavor, as well as the customer service, continue to be top-notch. I LOVE the ease with which I am able to get them out of the packages, as few or as many as I need at that time. I let them sit for the last hour on paper towels to soak out the liquid water, and I have yet to detect any "fish" smell from them. The Chesapeake Butter is the bonus, and it goes well for dipping them in. While I am not physically "at the beach," I do get the same vibration as if I were. This is my 2nd order of Snow Crab legs, and I can't wait to eat more tonight. Thank you, PrimeFish Seafood, for making this possible.”
“Kept going back and forth between 3 and 4 stars. Ultimately, the freshness and flavor won the 4 stars. Why not 5? Once you defrost the crab and get some of the remaining water out (as directed), the meat is not firm at all. It is limp and soft, so it is hard to eat with just lemon or cocktail sauce. However, it was very fresh and had good flavor. If we ever purchase again, it will be to cook with it.”
