“I just placed my 2nd order for the Chilean Seabass. My 1st order, I prepared it "Nobu" style for my favorite restaurant staff, a few had never had it and it was a huge hit. I marinated them for 2 days and then broiled them. The pieces are extremely large, they are "skinless" which I wish there was an option but the best part is THERE ARE NO PIN BONES! After this order (which I placed today), I want to try one of their curated boxes....they look great! OH if you are worried about how they ship, it's the best shipping I have experienced IN A LONG TIME, it was almost like trying to get into Fort Knox!”
