“I haven’t tasted my crab yet BUT I had to leave a great review anyway. I had special shipping needs due to vacation dates and I sent my request to the (apparently) automated text line, not knowing it was unmanned.
Olivia explained what happened and got me all straightened out. Then the order was packed in too large of a box, which caused more thawing than should have been. Again, Olivia took care of figuring it all out and making things right.
Highly recommend the company based on those things alone. Still looking forward to making a meal!!”
“This the second time I ordered the snow crab meat and was not disappointed. Absolutely mouth watering and easy to prepare- just defrost and eat. Or warm if you prefer. It came with butter and a delicious seasoning. Will order again.”
