“We’ve always done crab legs on New Years Eve for 10 years. This year I thought why not give this a try. No more sore hands, working hard for a full piece of crab meat and paying for the shell. I’m pretty sure we won’t go back to crab in the shell. This was superb crab and so worth the money.”
“I read that the crab meat was brined, so I soaked the crab legs after I rinsed them and they were perfect!! I sauted them in a little butter and some Old Bay. Perfection. Someone complained the were to fishy but I disagree!”
