“Tote bag is nice quality and the embroidery looks very nice. The gift recipient really likes it. I realized when I got it and the straps weren't black that it was my fault for not reading the description. The color choice was for the straps - not the bag and I chose "Natural" making the bag and straps all cream color. It's kind of bland looking.”
