“The bag itself is very well made. Larger than I expected, but I'm happy about that. I wasn't as happy with the monogrammed initials though. The letter D looks more like an O, and it would have been helpful if the order form said to put the initials in the order you wanted them embroidered on the bag. Overall, great quality for the price!”

“The bag was very nice and the monogram well done. The problem- explain how to type the initials in next to where you enter them. Not at the end of the description of the product. I never even read that far.”

“They need to put the note "the initials will appear in the order you write-the largest one in the middle" down where you are entering the initials. I did not see it at the end of the description. Now I have a bag w/ wrong initials. Bummer. They won't do it again.”
