“The hat was really cute and seemed well-made but it was too shallow for my head. It would easily blow off with the slightest breeze. Also, I would have needed a smaller size even though I measured my head and went with the recommended size.”
Hey there! Have you had a chance to try our adjustable inner band? Flip up the sweatband to find the velcro tab + pull to tighten. Velcro back in place to secure your desired custom fit. The hat can adjust up to 5 cm. It may be really helpful in helping you get the fit you are looking for! “My poor review is not related to the hat at all, but to the service I've experienced. I ordered two hats, and a couple weeks later when I hadn't received them inquired with GP. I was told to wait a few more days and they should arrive. A week later.. still nothing. At that point when i inquired again, i was notified that there was an error that made it so the order was never shipped. It was finally shipped out, however one of the hats i received was the totally wrong size then what i ordered. I'm still currently waiting for my exchange to be processed. And we are about a month out from the initial order. I wish that GP would have been more proactive with handling my order, instead of me having to reach out several times to get the information about what's going on. Otherwise, i do anticipate being happy with my purchase....once i receive it.”
