“Love the style and color. The hat came in with one side of the brim bent so I took it to our local hat shop to steam it back in place. The hat does not steam well and it changed the texture of the straw.”
“LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my Arlo Cream Band - Straw Teardrop Fedora hat. Only rated 4 stars because I was disappointed in the packing. Box arrived partially open and damaged on both ends so I expected to see a destroyed hat inside. Luckily the hat was ok. There was a slight “dimple” along the teardrop in the hat but I’m gonna roll with it......I’m positive I’ll be getting more hats....just wish they would add some extra cushion just to be safe.”
