“Hat is nice. But receiving it in terrible condition was a deal breaker. No packaging inside to stabilize the hat in transport. Hat came with large folds and wrinkles. When I reached out I was told to steam it. I don’t think paying $130+ for a hat should require you to steam and pretty much reshape it upon receiving it. This was a replacement hat from an exchange. The hat I had chosen and placed the order for was actually out of stock and it took me a week of emailing and texting to get the new and now wrinkled hat finally ordered. I had high expectations of a company that sells what looks and priced at as luxury hats. I will order elsewhere from now on.”

I know that the postal service is slow these days but the customer service at GiGi Pip is lacking as well. I have reached out several times and the only correspondence I get is through email or text.
