Love the hat just wish it wasn't a gap opening on sides of this hat..it's the right size..it just I can put two of. My fingers on the side to show it's not fitting properly and I do have the tape to make it feel smug,but the gap opening on side is still visible. Meaning by the ears it's not properly fitting snug on my head..
Size small won't fit my head tried that.. please give advice..bcuz I'm not wearing my hair down..I pin it up inside my tall Billie hat....idk how to make it look snug on the sides by my the top of where my ears are..

Since I was told that you no longer have any BLACK TALL BILLIE hats, I saw that you were also selling them on Amazon. Two of your smallest sizes were listed, and I hoped that the bigger of the two would be the hat you sould send when I purchased it. Instead, I got a very small hat tht I could not wear. Using your shipping tag, I returned the SMALL Black Billie, but days later, I recieved a beat up Gigi Pip box with a GREY LARGER had inside. That is not what I wanted. I wanted the BLACK hat, not the GREY one. I still have the hat in the box and will gladly send it to you if yu issue me a shipping tag, but I need a refund, since the BLACK hat I originally purhcased from you on AMAZON was too small.”
