“I hate to write a so-so review but I am hopeful this might help improve customer service. I received my Bre Straw hat with a bent or wavy brim on January 7th. I reached out via email immediately for assistance on this issue. It has now been 6 days and I have not heard back from customer service. I also called the phone number on the website but there was no answer. I purchased this hat for an upcoming trip. I am hopeful this can be resolved quickly.”
