“After some shipping issues on Gigi Pip’s end, that customer service eventually properly addressed, my hat arrived! It’s a beautiful high quality hat. My only complaint is that it sits a little higher on my head than I would like, but hopefully after I break it in, that won’t be an issue.”

The tracking information has showed “acceptance pending” for over a week now and I’ve been told I have to wait another week before any type of resolution can move forward. Very disappointing, especially when you consider the price point of the hats.”
