“I LOVE my hats (I've purchased 3 in the last 9 months), I've never felt my head shape was conducive to wearing a hat but when I where these hats I honestly feel like a million bucks. I LOVE the customer service: one day I got a message I had Loyalty points (what??!!) I was confused but customer service figured-it out for me within minutes. I figured it was a 'Bot' until I got a text response saying "Lol, No, we are real people here!!" A few weeks later I received a GIFT in the mail for no reason: a hand written note from Kacey , a tiny hat-sized lint roller and a gift card. I received this goodie bag unexpectedly after a continuous text conversation with one of their customer representatives. She was forthright, responsive, and very pleasant. I did not wait long for her responses. I consider myself a GiGi Pip customer now that I have purchased 5 of their felt hats and one of their straw hats and plan on purchasing at least another one. Love the colors. Love the style. Love the service. I am a retired woman who still enjoys style and good merchandise and affordable prices. They are not cheap but they meet expectations for the price and are a lot less pricey than other hat makers that I have researched.
The goodie bag was just thoughtful and just made me appreciate the company more. It was not something they had to do. I will make use of the lint roller that I received.
