“I received my hat highly damaged (box was in perfect condition) and the wrong size. I was compensated by receiving a tutorial on how to fix my $96 hat (which did nothing) and no help on the wrong sizing. I will be returning.”
“The material is great and well made, and pretty color. My only issue is the hats run so big. There is a strap inside to adjust to a smaller fit, however, it does not stay at all. I’ve tried many different ways to adjust it to stay on and it still comes undone. Such a bummer.”
