“This is my third Gigi Pip hat. I also have the Monroe Rancher in ivory and the Dae Triangle Crown hat in pink. All are perfect. In seasonal color analysis, I'm a Winter with brunette hair, and that's why I ordered this in off white. I didn't want a warm ivory color. Soft white mixes well with a cool color wardrobe. I ordered XS because my face is long and narrow, and it fits well. It feels different than my other two styles because the crown is not as deep. The material is perfect wool as always. I got a leopard hat band too. Everything came wrapped in a beautiful box with a drawstring bag in perfect condition. I'm glad I got the sale price. I recommend ordering directly from Gigi Pip's website rather than gray market, resale or non-licensed dealers. They frequently sell knock offs, imposters, and sometimes stolen merchandise. You never know what you'll get. That's why it arrives in dirty condition with ripped packaging, is ill-fitting, or not the quality you expect. Don't blame Gigi Pip. Stay away from them. It's worth the wait for sales here or save up your money to buy first quality.”

“HORRIBLE! The hat took a while to arrive. Came crumbled in an Amazon wrapper. No protection and no support for the hat. The hat looks mega cheap. They don't offer returns thats BS. DO NOT BUY”
