“Absolutely stunning hat! Gigi Pip continues to outdo themselves with each hat made/purchased. The quality is topnotch and the delivery is relatively quick!
The only downside is that this is the third hat I have purchased where the box is basically open when it arrives.. because it is being sealed closed with only one strip of tape. Definitely makes me nervous to purchase again, with the possibility of receiving a ruined hat.”

“Our Daughter absolutely loves all of her GIGI PIP HATS, the Dakota is her best style hat. We have purchased over 20 different GIGI PIP HATS in the past year. These are the best designer hats that we have found thus far. I am disappointed in the overall customer service that we have received with GIGI PIP. I have had to waist a lot of my time trying to purchase these 20 plus hats. It would be great to have a phone # and talk to a live agent instead of texting or emailing and waiting for some one to get back with me.
We drove a hour & half one way to the road show in Palm Springs Ca. to find out we still had to order most of the Hats on line for Christmas Gifts.
