“At this point it don’t care about how this hat will look or feel because itwill be returned as soon as I get it. If I even do get it. My package was shipped two weeks ago with no updates on it for over a week. There is a shameless absence of customer service on GiGi Pip’s part. And this isn’t the first time I’ve had terrible customer service from them. If I want any information on my package I’ve been told I have to reach out to USPS myself even though I’m not the one who made the mistake of choosing USPS as the shipper. If my package arrives I will be returning it immediately. I have almost a dozen GiGi Pip hats but they have now lost a customer and will never get another cent from me.”
