“The Emma Wide Brim Fedora is a great-looking hat. I ordered it as a birthday present for my daughter-in-law. I wasn't sure of her size so I took a guess. I guessed wrong and was able to exchange it for another size. It still doesn't fit but now I'm stuck with it as you can only get one free exchange...whatever that means. The exchange process was not ideal. Trying to coordinate it through texting Customer Service was difficult but ultimately effective. This was the fourth hat I've ordered from GIGI Pip. I did return one but I've kept the others. They are all great hats. My only disappointment is that none of them came with a hat band. To me, they make a hat. All of the hat bands I wanted were sold out.”

We do only offer one free exchange meaning we provide a return label for one, but you can always return it for a refund or store credit + purchase a different hat or size after that!
