“I’ve been really excited for the Capri hat and the Faye short. I received two completely incorrect hats. I reached out and customer service initiated a return and now the Faye hat is out of stock, which is very disappointing because I’ve been waiting for it to go back in stock for sometime. I asked if I could receive a discount for my next purchase and customer service won’t respond. I hype this company up to everyone and I just have to say I am disappointed in my recent service.”
