“The Fiona is my first "nice" hat. I have always bought inexpensive, low-quality hats from the big box stores and as the saying goes, "You get what you pay for". I am beyond impressed with the quality of my Fiona straw hat. I received it just in time for a long-awaited trip to Mexico. I can't wait to wear it! The fit is great. I measured and ordered the size according to the size guide instructional video (very helpful). I also did need to make a little tweak to the velcro band to make the hat a little more snug. Now it fits like a glove! Thank you for such a fun hat, Gig Pip! The Fiona will definitely not be my last fun hat!”

“Returns/exchanges are a nightmare. It's a shame, because hats are really challenging to shop for without trying on.
The store advertises "free returns/exchanges," but in reality, the free return shipping only applies to 1 return/exchange -- after that, you only have the option to return for store credit.
The kicker? Surprise! -- they KEEP some of your money no matter what if you return. Nowhere that I can find is this described on their website. What a terrible policy!! They use a 3rd party called Loop Returns. Don't bother.”
