The Hat Travel Case is well designed and really well made -- I also really like its use of tarpaulin which, coincidentally, matches backpacks and luggage I purchased from a well regarded outdoors company headquartered in Utah. However, the GIGI PIP label on one side of the case was so crooked and so off-center that I felt compelled to remove it and will replace it with a blank patch to cover up the holes left behind. I didn't return it because it was not really defective and I was not certain that I would get a replacement that was any different.”
