“I've been wanting to buy hats from Gigi Pip from quite sometime since I saw their IG ad, but I held back for a long time because their hat is expensive. I finally made a purchase and ordered 2 hats and I wanted to return this one because the brim was way too big for my liking. I was going to exchange to other hat which was out of stock at the time of my order and I asked if they could hold the hat for me because I don't want this to sell out again and the customer service rep is not willing to do anything for the customer. Now I don't want to buy anything from them. I got such a bad taste in my mouth. I asked for some other options to make this experience less bitter for me and they weren't willing to do anything to make their customer happy. I shop onilne all the time and I haven't experienced this kind of service before. So don't buy from them if you aren't 100% sure this is the hat you want. Honestly, the quality is ok. It's not like the best hat ever either.”
