“I have ordered multiple hats from Gigi Pip. This past time I ordered the Hat came in Damaged from USPS. The Hat was dented in and the brim was bent. Frustrated with this occurrence I called and Emailed Gigi Pip. Ashley was able to handle the situation and replaced the Hat due to the damages and cover the shipping cost As well. A frustrating situation was quickly resolved and handled correctly. It was not Gigi Pips fault that USPS damaged the hat but they took responsibility for the issue and fixed it. I would recommend these Hats to any one looking for a high quality hat for themselves or as a gift to another.”
