“Criminal customer service! The shipping team sent the package to the wrong address, even though I provided the correct. Customer service said ooops, let us wait for the package to be processed and returned, before we can correct that. I even purchased the insurance. They 100% should have corrected this immediately on their end since this error was not my fault. I will never purchase from this company again.”
