“Terrible experience I will never order from this company ever again. I’ve worked in e commerce retail for 6 years. I used to work in customer service. When I receive an email from a customer, I am expected to respond within a certain time frame. When I reached out to the customer service team at Gigi pip asking if there was any chance that I could return this hat which fit me awfully and requested a site credit refund versus a refund to my original form of payment I never heard from anyone in customer service. I have emailed three times so far and never heard from them. They have been ignoring my emails and not responding to me which I find highly unusual and unprofessional. I never requested my money back to the original form of payment. I requested the money stay within the company and I exchange it for a different hat never heard back from anyone. I do not recommend anyone order from this company they have horrible customer service, and if you ever need help, you will not be able to rely on their team. 0/10 do not recommend. Also don’t buy this hat it’s AWFUL.”

I’ve checked our system + the only email we have from this email address is regarding tracking. Unfortunately we don’t have any record of you emailing about a return. Could it have come from another email address? We do have a DM conversation on Instagram with you where we let you know this is a final sale item (which was listed on the product page) + is ineligible for return/exchange.
