“The hat is as pictured. I bought a 59 because the 57 was sold out. With the adjustable sizing, it works great! The adjustable inner band is a bit different on this hat than it is with the felt hats. Attaching the Velcro is the same, but the hat actually cinches up a bit as you make it smaller. This doesn't show on the exterior. I did pack this hat folded in half in a carry-on tote bag during air travel for 7 hours, twice, and it kept its shape when unpacked. The hat is soft and flexible without being floppy.”

Thank you so much for your feedback! Unfortunately due to the influx of orders from our recent sale, our shipping timeline is longer than it typically is. Usually we are same or next day shipping! We are so sorry to hear your hat arrived damaged, we do ensure that all our hats are individually inspected, steamed, wrapped + boxed up by hand. We do our best to make sure that our hats ship out in excellent condition. We mark the boxes as fragile + wrap them separately to help in the shipping process. Unfortunately they do get damaged in the shipping process sometimes, but we are always more than happy to help exchange if that is the case! xx
