My expedited order did not arrive in time for our event (a surprise birthday sunset trail ride for my 22 yr old daughter)and despite three emails from me, "customer service" only responded once belatedly saying I could easily return or exchange on the website. The website is not allowing me to "return". I sent a fourth email, but no one from the company is getting back to me. It will soon be 30 days past my order date. This has been a time-consuming, frustrating process. The hats are still in their original packaging. They are unworn and sadly unneeded this late in the game. What to do?!

Hey Dana! We're sorry these didn't make it to you in time! It looks like you placed two orders, the 10th + 11th with expedited processing. As stated on our website, expedited processing ships within 1-2 business days + both of your orders were shipped on the 11th! Unfortunately limited edition hats are exchange only, you are more than welcome to exchange them for another style or opt for store credit! xx
