“The hat sizing is off for this hat. I needed to size up and exchange but they wouldn’t do it since they only had it in store and they said I could drive to Utah. I ordered the one in stock in the larger size and it’s VERY BIG! All my other hats are smaller not sure why this is so off and the actual hat looks cheap in the creme it looks like cardboard. Super bummed as I usually love my Gigi hats”
“First let me say that customer service is outstanding! It hurts to give this hat only a 3 star. I love the color and the style. I had to return my first one because it had some blemishes in the coloring. My exchange was swift. But my second had the same discolorations. It just doesn't have a fresh look to it up close. I made the decision to just keep it . I am a huge Gigi fan with dozens of hats and this is my first not a 100%. Cant wait for the fall winter collection”
