“Great hat, no band. Have no idea why before checkout they don't mention that this does not have a hat band and offer you some selections for the hat.
As it stands, Christmas gift is incomplete as when I ordered the bands they did not confirm a ship date. FINALLY they came back and said between 12/22- 1/7, not cool and poor client service.
Update; they came back and a blamed me! Their Apple Pay integration defaults to low priority shipping, no way to change as I tried on their site. Again poor client experience, you would think they would try and make it right and overnight ship,….nah blame the customer was their move.”
Hi Shane! Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, we welcome feedback! As for the hat not having a band, when the Cara is added to the cart, a prompt will appear suggesting you add the Cara Loren hatband. We apologize if that wasn't the case for you.
As for shipping times, due to the influx of orders, our team added a "no rush, free shipping" option to better prioritize urgent orders. It looks like you selected that option at checkout, that would be why the bands won't ship until 12/22.
