I paid extra for expedited shipping in hopes of receiving the hats in time for my engagement photo shoot. Turns out after 9 days they haven’t even been reviewed at a shipping center. Only a label has been printed. I will never pay extra for shipping with this company again if I choose to purchase from them again. We’ll see if the product even shows up.”
