“This hat is awful. It is flimsy, cheap, and extremely itchy material. The pom-pom was smushed in a weird way and will not restore to a round shape. I wanted to return, but there is no free returns AND there's an $8 restocking fee, which is absolutely outrageous for such a small item . I will not be ordering from this company again, and the hat will, unfortunately, be going in the garbage.”
