“Excellent quality hat. High quality wool and very stiff, which is what I was looking for. It came a bit squished, and the brim was lopsided, but I steamed it and the steaming works wonderfully. The wool just softens up immediately and I was able to reshape it with my hands, and then once cooled, it stiffens up again! The brim size was perfect. Not too small, and not so big that I would feel self-conscious wearing it.”
