I ordered 7 hats in one week:) That tells you all! I received my first shipment with 4 hats in it and I was so thrilled by an amazing quality and fantastic look of these hats, that I placed another order the next day. Now I want all of them! Luckily, my hats gallery still has some room left”

“The hat is beautiful as expected and would have been the perfect Christmas gift for my girlfriend, BUT:
1.) Delivery to Europe unfortunately took forever and it didn't arrive before Christmas (which is probably due to the pandemic and nobody's fault)
2.) The hat arrived damaged due to insufficient packaging. It came in a ramshackle box that was completely smashed and ripped during transport. And the hat paid the price... :(
It has a huge dent, which is really unfortunate. We managed to fix it in our own way and inserted a little strip of wood so it looks quite ok now. We decided not to send it back all the way to the US but wanted to let you now that in our humble opinion it's quite a pity to pack up such a nice product in such an unprofessional way.”
“Love it! So well made! I bought this hat specifically to wear to my brother-in-law's wedding in Jackson Hole, WY and received so many compliments! The only thing, I wish this specific style/shape was available without the ribbon on the brim... I prefer a raw edge felt brim. Otherwise I'm very pleased!”
