VERY INCONVENIENT!!!
Payed a lot of money fir the hat's I purchased sent some back for exchange because of damage.
Packaging could improve a lot more to keep the hat's more sturdy.
Also hat care products need to be In Stock often...Hat Stands/Dust Bags etc.
