“I am a new GiGi Pip fan. I ordered the Monroe Rancher in Gray. It did not disappoint. When I received it, the box was a little crushed. I was a bit worried that my hat would be crushed as well. The boxing though was great. The brim on my hat was a little bent so I contacted customer service. I received a return contact in minutes. They explained what I had to do to right my brim. It worked like a charm. I immediately turned around and ordered another hat. I am a stickler for service, and I cant say enough about the experience. The hat was AWESOME!!! The quality was excellent. I love the Gray color. I am guessing there are a lot more GiGi Pip hats in my future.....Thanks GiGi Pip.”
