I am not sure why people say the hats are cheap looking. I have bought cheaper hats and they do not wear well and the are bent easily and pick up lint like crazy. Nothing worse than a bent brim or crown. I have also bought a 400.00 hat, and I will have to say it does not look better than GIGI PIP hats. I love that their hats have a sturdy brim and crown which they put in the description. But, customers still buy and then place a bad review. You have to know what you are ordering. I don't wear floppy soft hats to me it makes you look like a bag lady. Ladies of sophistication and class want a sturdy hat that sits properly on their head, so when you enter the room you are immediately seen. LOLLOL I was glad I found GIGI PIP on IG I have lost count of how many I own. And, now I do not need to pay crazy money for a nice hat. Just say I sold all of my cheap hats and replaced them with GIGI PIP hats. I am a hat wearer and IYKYK what a hat needs to be. The Monroe seems to be made on the larger side and I wear a XS 55 in it. The rest of GIGI PIP hats I wear a S/M 57 and I use my adjustable band and it fits the way I like it. I like for my hats to fit snug. I wear my hair very low. I have only returned one and it was free. It states on the website you are entitled to one return without being charged shipping. So, anything after that will be charged a shipping fee. Also, when I have needed customer service they responded via the chat without any issues. I understand some people will not be happy no matter what. But, as you can see it is the most popular collection and rated at 4.7. I would say that is a best seller in my books. If you are not comfortable buying hats online and unsure of your head size I would say do not buy hats online. They do have brick and mortar stores in some areas.”
