“I bought two hats exactly the same in two colors. So far I like them. One is tighter then the other which is odd because they are the same size. They are cute and excited to wear them. The first hat I ordered from Gigi pip was huge and I looked silly. I sent it back and exchanged for these two. The exchange went easily and I have no complaints. Customer service was great.”

“This was my second hat purchase from GiGi Pip. My first hat was the Arlo, and I loved it. Based off all my measuring and other hats I have, I got the XS in the Arlo, and it fit perfectly. Other reviews said that the Arlo was like the straw version of the Monroe, so obviously I had to have it. I couldn’t decide on the color, but after a lovely convo with their customer service, I decided on the oatmeal. I got an XS in this hat as well. When it arrived, I was so happy, it was stunning!!! However the sizing was a bit smaller than the Arlo. It wasn’t super tight, but I could tell that wearing it all day would start to hurt my head. I immediately went online, set up my exchange for the Small, used the same packaging the hat came in, and sent it off. Within a day I received notification that they had already sent out my replacement hat.
I would say the felt hats might run a little bit smaller simply because of the material. If you’re in between sizes, I would size up. The hats do come with a size adjuster inside if you need to tighten it a little.
Overall, the hats are beautiful, and their customer service response and interactions are really great!”

“It's Wyoming. We wear brimmed hats. I saw the Gigi Pip collection while searching for a new Stetson hat for one of my boys (there is no longer a western store in Lander). I showed my daughter the Monroe Rancher and she loved it. I did not get the hat size right and had to return the S/M for an XS. The exchange went through without a glitch. She loves her new hat. I also recommended the Monroe Rancher to one of our family friends. She ordered one too. I have another daughter who likes the crushable Fedora. She also needs an XS and unfortunately there are none available at this time. I can send a picture of a satisfied customer if you would like. I also have seven grand children so you just might have a long term customer here in the heart of Wyoming.
