“I recently purchased the Nell Vented Fedora hat. I expected the hat to be of high quality given its premium price tag, but I was sorely disappointed. Despite the cost, the materials used are subpar. The hat itself was stiff and rigid. It's frustrating to spend a considerable amount on what should be a premium product, only to receive something that looks poorly constructed. I also ordered the Lake Telescope and while the Nell was a better constructed hat than the Lake, it was still equally as horrible. The success of this company proves the power of the instagram algorithm. There is no way that these hats would be lauded as amazing if not for instagram influencers. You would do better ordering hats from Amazon and spending the extra money elsewhere. On top of the shoddy construction and cheap material usage, the return fee is $11. That is steep. Do yourself a favor and order from a different retailer. This one is horrible. I do NOT recommend GigiPip hats, especially the straw/palm ones. You've been forewarned!”
