“The band will not fit on either of the on the three hats that I purchase because the bands that are on The Three hats have been sewn to the hats, they are not removable and the additional band that I purchase will not fit over the band sewn to said hats. On top of the fact that two of the hats that I purchased the brims are bent upwards I've contacted the company and I've heard nothing from them in reference to a free postage paid label so that I can return these hats and pick out two more, the two replacement hats are Christmas presents that are not going to arrive on time for Christmas, because no one has taken the time to contact me. Customer service just ain't what it used to be!”
Hi Debra! I am sorry to hear that you are not happy with your band. Bands are typically meant to go on hats that don't already have bands attached to them, we have a fantastic selection of hats that don't have a sewn-on band. As for your hats that came with the brim bent upwards, that can happen during shipping! We have some awesome tutorial videos on our website that show you how to steam your hat brim back to its original shape.
