We're sorry to hear that! You should have the correct size of band though they can be really difficult to put on the first time! Let me give you some tips! If you connect the pin to the other end of the band creating a circle before it's on the hat that helps. Then once it is already connected slide it down crown of the hat creating a secure + seamless fit on the hat! Let me know if that works and if it doesn't I'd be happy to help you more! xx
