“Still haven’t received my 4 hats that I ordered :( and it has been 3 weeks since ordering. I’ve reached out and emailed you guys but nobody is getting back to me. 2 of these hats are for 12 days of Christmas gifts that I am doing for a friend. Which means I need them in 5 days.... and I don’t think that is going to happen. Super sad. Hoping someone will get back to me soon.”
