“The hat was beautiful. Unfortunately the box was a wreck. It wasn't very strong and everything got crushed. The long chain that goes around the hat was thrown off and was in little pieces. After seeing it that way, I decided not to order the same hat again because you pay so much more for that chain, and it didn't seem high quality or sturdy.”
