“I've purchased over ten hats for myself and my wife. All gigi's has great designs and quality. The only problem I have is shipping. USPS has delivered to wrong address smashed and opened my package and this has happened 3 or 4 times over the years. With the price of your hats you should use better quality hat / shipping boxes. And give us the option of choosing the carrier USP FEDEX . Other then that, I'm not sure I'll be back. But Thanks for everything!”
