I am not hopeful based on a recent experience where I had to return a hat and it took over a month to receive a response from Gigi Pip. I phoned, but could not get through to either office or store and emailed like crazy. FINALLY, I was able to return the hat.
I love your hats, but your customer service is terrible and based on the reviews, I"m not the only one who thinks so.
Please send me a new one and if the other hat ever arrives, I will send it back or be charged.
