“Quality Assurance Issue: I’ve purchased three hats from Gigi Pip. While they’re aesthetically beautiful and fit well, two arrived with noticeable flaws. The straw hat had a stitching issue that left a moderate gap between the straw on one side. One felt hat had a glue stain, and its leather band—glued instead of sewn—eventually came loose and had to be re-glued. I’ve reached out to customer service twice about replacing the straw hat but haven’t received a response, despite paying the extra $5 for free exchanges.”
“LOVE this hat! I regret not purchasing it sooner. The brim is really sturdy and provides ample coverage from the sun. I was tried of my other straw hats that would get floppy over time- this one has great structure, and is super chic.
