“I do not like this hat in. It’s so much more square in person and fits extremely tight and stiff, even if you follow size guide. Unwearable because of how uncomfortable it is. Also not as cute in person Because the style is different than shown in pics . I emailed them about the issue and its been weeks and still no reply. No customer service to backup product. The quality is good i will say that. Just not the product I was expecting based on pics. Wish I had gone with a different hat from a different brand I was eyeing. Definitely won’t be coming back.”
