“Hello! I am a wholesaler (TumbleWeed aka Shortstack Brands) reviewing so this will be for all items we received. We absolutely LOVE GIGIPIP Hats and so do our customers! The main feedback I have is with shipping. Most of the hats shipped to us have messed up brims and some of the crowns have been dented. Luckily my husband shapes hats so he is able to fix them but I feel like we shouldn't have to fix as many as we do when they arrive. Is there a way to ship them better so we are not having to reshape on arrival? Again we absolutely love you guys! Just want to give feedback to make the experience for us and others even better :)”

I did want to let you know that we do ensure that all our hats are individually inspected, steamed, wrapped + boxed up by hand. We do our best to make sure that our hats ship out in excellent condition. We mark the boxes as fragile, wrap them separately to help in the shipping process, however that does not guarantee the hats will arrive in the condition we send them in. There is so much that can happen during the shipment process, once it is in the carrier's hands it is out of our control. I will definitely pass your feedback along to my team so we can improve! “Really smitten with the simplicity & elegance of this hat. It's super chic & can be worn with anything. Only critique is that for my curly hair texture, this fit can feel a tiny bit snug! But I won't let that stop me from enjoying it. Hopefully Gigi Pip will make L/XL sizes for all their hats! Aside from that, I love my Scottie!! Next I'd like to purchase one in Grey ā„ļø.”
